3. How we use your data

• To match you with suitable Mandarin tutors and respond to your enquiry.
• To review tutor applications and get in touch about them.
• To send service-related messages about your enquiry.
• To improve our website through aggregated, consent-based analytics.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of: (a) taking steps at your request to provide the tutoring service you asked about; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service; and (c) your consent, for analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
